You are mixing scribbly eyes with strictly drawn eyebrows and mouth, while neither are really nicely done. Firstly, they don't fit with each other, secondly, they both don't look well. Try to remake the eyes using 2 solid shades, instead of scribbly lines MSPA doesn't use scribbly lines (with exceptions). The mouth and eyebrows also lack a real shape. Try to come up with someting better. I also don't get what you are trying to achieve with the green eyebrows and mouth, same with color in eyes. If you want to keep it remotely MSPA like, use only black, or maximally one more decent color. Pre trolls, there was always only black and white. Also, you will most likely want to use hair. The bald head looks very plain, and you will have to come up with really good head wear if you don't want to use hair. Then, the whole color of the outfit isn't exactly nice to look at at all, but I guess that's matter of opinion. What really should get changed, tho, is the black icon on shirt. Better leave black outline and keep the icon white. Those are my 2 cents. You don't have to listen to me, I won't get mad, but I think you deserve my honest opinion.
