How can anyone be 6 feet tall, and under a 150 pounds? What the fuck? Do you just have no muscle or what? Seriously. I'm 6'1 and 185, and I fit 34 and 36 jeans, so I'm not fat, but I know i'm muscular enough that I could never be 140, or 150 pounds. I am actually just a big guy naturally.
1. Stop stuffing yourself like a pig. If you are too hungry, too bad. Suck it up. Don't use one of those pills, they're garbage. 2. Jog, and actually push yourself. Don't walk 2 steps, say your tired, and think that you got a jog in for the day.

It's in line with the being-a-cock mentality that other threads need, but then again there's a difference between reading a thread's direction and following it, and misreading it entirely and coming over as... a cock.
I haven't lost that much weight for the last 2 weeks, but I can see I'm loosing fat. Feels good man.
Posting so I can always remember this thread!
It's 3:52 am, I'm not starting now, damn it.
I'm inspired by this thread. I'm 5'7 and 140 pounds. I still consider myself fat though, I can grab a roll and wince at how disgusting it looks though I just jogged an hour straight on the treadmill.
Fucking  story
I started excercising last week, doing sit-ups and push-ups and i started gainig muscle (But losing some brain).
This truly deserves: "A++ thread, would read again!" /no sarcasm
Yes, it does! IT may encourage many people to start living healthy.
All these weight loss stories involve the fat person "hating themselves". Any tips for fat people who don't have self-esteem problems but would still like to lose weight? Because hating yourself seems to be a good bit of motivation that I don't have.
Pretty much no. I've heard that you won't break a strong habit or start new habits unless you truely start to get sick of yourself/the old habit mentally, and I agree. It's like people saying "Oh, I'll loose weight/stop smoking/etc!" for new years resolutions, and why they NEVER work. It's because you won't get rid of it until you really start to regret it or hate yourself for it. Atleast, get rid of it in a really active sort of way. I suppose you can loose weight by eating a better diet and not much else even if it takes you a few years to drop 30 pounds versus doing it in 3 months. [editline]04:57PM[/editline]
One offtopic question: My BMI is 20 is that good or really bad? D:
BMI is mostly bullshit, it doesn't take into account genetic body type you cannot change, it doesn't take into account your age, the actual amount of girth you have or many other factors that determine a healthy weight. You could be a 220 pound muscled up football player (muscle ways considerably more than fat) at 6' tall and you would be considered "obese" by the BMI system.
You should be very proud :) I shall start today! Even though I've already had dinner. If anyone see me on the forums, call me fat to motivate me :v:

Thank you for the inspiration, sir.
I'm far from overweight, though I am a little weakling... I try to do ten pushups every day, each morning to wake myself up. Works quite well, though I haven't done them in a while.

Dragon do you have lazy eye?
Thank you for the inspiration, sir.
One could say, thinspiration, no? :smug:
Transformation pictures do more to inspire somebody than long walls of text. Suddenly I feel horrible about my body. Not that I'll actually do anything because I'm lazy as hell, but still.
There were many factors that helped me succeed. Neighbors actually asked me if I'd lost weight, my family noticed a difference, and people actually SMILED at me as I walked by them in the streets. For me, that was incredible, NO ONE ever smiled at that fat loser walking by them! It's an INCREDIBLE confidence booster and pick me up to be smiled at by some random stranger when you are down.
This is why if I ever lost weight, I'm gonna fucking hate people even more. Not good enough then, why good enough now? Yeah, as you can tell I'm not happy with myself and with other people.
I've been eating a lot less recently...since beginning of September, I've gone from about 160lb to 145 (and dropping).
Nice story.
I'm also just starting on a self improvement mission for myself, I'm currently 190 pounds, and my goal is 160 - 165 pounds. Wish me luck.
I suppose you can loose weight by eating a better diet and not much else even if it takes you a few years to drop 30 pounds versus doing it in 3 months.
It's pretty much impossible to loose weight unless you start eating less/healthier food, but you can loose weight without doing any kind of exercise.
A vow to myself and to the heavens, I would get myself in shape or die trying.
Sounds like a new 50 cent film =]
You were right in starting immediately, weight loss is a total switch for those who really care.
I should eat more at McDonalds to get my fat up.
