Are you suggesting that you're going to start killing people because freewill doesn't exist?
Well if i do it must not be my fault so no punishments

It doesn't mean you shouldn't get rehabilitation so you won't do it again.
It isn't your fault, so it's not reasonable to physically harm you or make you "pay a debt" to society.

The brain is like a computer, taking input and output. If jail was only rehabilitation and no punishment (I think it should be partially rehabilitation, but it still needs to have punishment), then the input "if I do bad things I will go to jail which is boring and bad" is removed. This seems like it would drive crime rates up.
So uh our entire everything system and how we interact goes out the window
No it doesn't. Its just realizing the world determines how we think and act.
Well if i do it must not be my fault so no punishments
I don't see how that changes anything. Either way you shouldn't kill people and either way you should get rehabilitated so you don't do it again.

Rehabilitation is proved to drag crime rates down.
I heavily disagree. Not only it makes you them just as barbaric as the murderer, but what if an innocent person was killed due to suspected of committing that crime?
An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.
This.

I don't disagree with rehabilitation.
What is your point? That we should have an eye for an eye system?
What? No. My point is that maximum punishment can have an opposite effect when trying to deter crime.
Yes, having everybody going vigilante would kill off everyone pretty quickly.
