This one is on the "Hospital: We Are 18" album (which will be released 27th of this month) and it's making me addicted.
Really looking forward to that album.
I was wondering if you guys mind if I posted a Jungle Drum and Bass mix, because I need some critique on song choice and well mixing.
No one I know listens to DnB sadly so pretty much Facepunch is my only choice for criticism.

I never knew that MRSA was Mat Zo. I wish he'd make more stuff like this.

I made a thread regarding a mix I made back in October called Terminal Sessions 2.
Lukeo recommended I repost it here, so here you go :)
I found an older mix on ustream I had recorded back in October. It's been a while since I've done a set but I figured maybe you guys would enjoy it :). Bonus: kitties running around in the background.
Would definitely love your critique, I'm still a bit new to this.

Yeah man for the style of jungle the mix worked well, beatmatched most of the way through just could work on a few of the timings for effect but a good start :)

Gave it a good listen, seemed smooth enough to me but I'm no expert

Thanks I literally worked on it for like a month kept revising, but I am using Audacity to edit which I'm sure is not that good for mixing music.

Nah I used Audacity to start with its pretty wack, what do you mean by editing? With mine I just use it to record straight from my TTs?
my mind has just been blown
I have been wanting to see Etherwood since he released his album, but just now I realised, I already have. He was the guitarist for Jakwob when I saw him almost two years ago.

Like editing songs and overlapping them in audacity? You could try using some software at the bare basics like Virtual DJ, not the best really but its free and you can start to learn the techniques behind it

Will Do! Thanks
I recommend Mixxx it's free, open source and supports digital vinyl and digital controllers if you decide to get hardware at some point. I have a digital vinyl system that uses the Serato time coded vinyl through Mixxx.
