Buy a bag of chicken necks, they're good for the diet, and helps clean the teeth. And they're pretty cheap.
Check it for lice, keep it in a warmish environment because it probably has a cold, probably trim the claws (not declaw, but using the same thing you use to cut your nails to remove the sharp points, avoiding the pink like you would a dog) so it doesn't annihilate your furniture or limbs.
Shower it down, too, so it doesn't get smelly. It will probably loathe it, but it's for the better.
Give it a home. The best pets I've ever had walked up to me like that.

Well it's back again. Hell I don't even know if it left. I gave it some Tuna and water (I know not to give it Tuna all the time, it's just all I had for the time being and it seemed pretty hungry). I live in a pretty Rural area and I've never seen cats around before so I'm still baffled as to who it belongs to. I let my dog out this morning and she kept bringing the cat toys and just starring at it. The cat is starting to warm up to my dog a little more too.
My priority is still to find who owns it right now. I'll update later on today with some better quality (and fully clothed) pictures.\
