I heard this audio clip (recording, or whatever) a while ago, it was supposed to be a phone interview with some paranormal-investigators (or something) with an old man on an institution, and they were asking him about an incident he once had. He then tells the story about how he was driving down some highway in the desert, and he saw some creature on the side of the road, and it was disgusting and stuff, and it did something to him, but I can't remember the rest. He also gets more and more panicky and cries as he tells the story. Does anybody know where I can find this?

Just reading about that Pilliga stuff is scaring the hell out of me. I'm debating whether or not to listen to the audio on that page, because I do enjoy sleeping from time to time.

:siren: DISTURBING IMAGE BELOW:siren:
A diner preparing a Red snapper for lunch found something rather nasty inside the mouth of the fish. Concerned at what they'd discovered inside the snapper's gob, the diner contacted Lewisham Council's Environmental Health Department who enlisted the help of experts at the Horniman Museum in Forest Hill, London. Keeper of Natural History at the Horniman, Dr Jim Brock, identified the freaky creature as a type of parasitic crustacean called Cymothoa exigua. This "tongue-eating louse" is actually a type of isopod and Brock says it's believed to be the only creature known to eat and replace the organ of its host. Dr Brock said: "I have not seen this in all my 13 years at the museum so it's a remarkable find. "The tongue louse enters through the fish's gills, using claws to attach itself to the base of the snapper's tongue and survives by drinking from an artery which supplies its blood. "Eventually the tongue is reduced to a stub. However, the parasite is now large enough to replace the tongue and as it manipulates the fish's food, it also dines out for free on the freed food particles when the fish eats." Common name: Tongue-eating louse Scientific name: Cymothoa exigua Order: Isopoda Suborder: Flabellifera Family: Cymothoidae Symptoms: C. exigua is the only known parasite which replaces the organ of its host. So much blood is removed from the tongue of the fish by the blood-thirsty parasite that the tongue atrophies and shrinks to a stub. The parasite remains in the place of the tongue and is used by the fish in the same way as its tongue was.
[img_thumb]http://29.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_l1g35gRELq1qbd3rdo1_400.jpg[/img_thumb] Its Thumb'd That seriously freaked me out, I'm just glad it cant get into peoples mouths or else we'd be fucked.
If this numbers station audio IS in Fallout 3, surely the audio files would be with the rest of them, and we could just play them in an audio player?
That was creepy as fuck man [editline]7th January 2011[/editline] IRL Joker
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought of the Joker. [editline]6th January 2011[/editline]
Some hunter went out to check his camera in the morning and found it smashed. He took the usb stick out and checked the photos and this was the last photo on it. It was on the MSN homepage just the other day. imc.tv says "A TERRIFYING image snapped by a Louisiana deer hunter has become an Internet hit!The man–who wished to remain anonymous–submitted the photo as a “reader report” to NBC affiliate WVLA Baton Rouge News and claimed his deer camera captured an “alien-looking thing” during an overnight trip to the woods. He says he found his camera destroyed the next day, but recovered the photo from a SIM card.He added that he does not believe it is an animal and that it is NOT a hoax. After the broadcast, the station was overwhelmed by amused viewers who responded with hilarious comments on the station’s Web site and Facebook page." Jesus FUCK that picture, why do I come here at 11PM Didn't help that I found a slightly terrifying picture on my phone I don't remember taking earlier, though it's probably nothing upon further examination. In a well-lit room. May post it tomorrow if it's still worth a damn.
