Oh yeah, one time, I was watching some mildly creepy stuff on can't remember YouTube or Newgrounds, then while nothing was playing and I browsed the pages for something else to watch, out of nowhere, a screech played in my headphones for like half a second, but loud as fuck. Probably some random audio bug (I was using an old laptop)but still, it scared the shit out of me.
Can't fucking sleep. I keep having nigjtmares about The Elegy of Emptiness. You shouldn't have done that...
By the way I'm halfway through reading this entire thread... I basically started going to bed at 7AM thanks to you guys... But I'm determined to read to the end! :V
My friend says he dreams this strange dream in witch he locks his door and then someone knocks on it.
My mind is incredibly overactive, especially at night. It takes me roughly half-an-hour to three-quarters to get to sleep on a completely silent night with no interference... This thread doesn't help.
This is an outro from a song I used to listen to 3-4 years ago when I was an angsty teen. I've pretty much moved on and forgotten all that music, but this one part of this one song has stuck with me. I used to lay in bed listening to my iPod, and this would come on and I'd start to fall alseep, but the female voice towards the end always give me horrifying chills. I think the first time it happened I threw my headphones to the other side of the room haha.
I just finished reading the Ben story and watching the videos. Honestly, one of the best creepypastas I've read. The whole thing just makes it seem so real. Also, I went to Clever Bot and talked to it about Ben. That was... sort of terrifying. :ohdear:
What's the Ben story again? Link?

If it's a screamer I will kill you. [editline]11:18PM[/editline] Goddammit.

Very Silent Hill-y. The phone call one could've been fake, but if it was it was some damn good acting.
What's the Ben story again? Link?
Here you go. It was on the last page. Read an entry, watch a video. It's really good.
This can't die. Not yet.
Given the scope of the internet (much less /x/), I am surprised that we are running out of creepy stuff. I am sad.
It is as bright as morning yet its 12:11.
Has anyone ever been in the middle of an Aurora Borealis? I have. True story, btw, I went outside to get the paper, and rather suddenly everything lit up like a Flare in Halo 3. It was bright yellow-orange and the sun wasn't even up yet (It was 5:30 AM). I went inside my house and it was pretty bright in there as well. Apparently a CME had slammed into Earth at that time, causing large Aurora Borealis events around Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and other states. I might write something about it later...but I can't promise anything. I don't get out of classes until 3:00 PM. [editline]07:57AM[/editline] It was pretty scary; you could barely open your eyes without them hurting from the brightness.

I don't care if somthing is actaully creepy or not, my paranoia and my imagination make it creepy. Last time I came to this thread via a link from a friend I become frozen in fear for an hour. I literally was too scared to move.

D'aww. Does really no one know what game I am talking about? It was a pretty old game...well I believe around from 1990+ I don't know when it was made, but it was for computer, you were on a host or something for a T.V show and you went inside a mansion and it was like haunted, you had a T.V crew with you like a guy holding a mic and another holding a Recording camera, you start out and like your in a big room, theres two stair cases on each side that curve towards a big balcony. Near to your left is a door to a bathroom and a farther door to your right leads to a hallway and at the end a monster shows up or something, and after that theres these knights in army that attack you. Im trying to remember more but it's been so long, So does anyone have the name of that game?
Don't let the thread die pl0x.
In rural southern Illinois a toy company began selling "realistic" baby dolls to expectant mothers. But apparently after the mother had her child, the toy baby would start crying. Eventually the "rocking motion" advertised to calm it down wouldn't work, and you couldn't get it to stop without shaking it. Eventually, when it started crying the parent would have to beat it, and even then the beatings and thrashings would have to get harder and harder to get it to be quiet. The only thing that seemed to shut the baby doll up permanently was to bash its head against the wall to destroy whatever mechanism triggered the crying. On more than one occasion though, neighbors called the authorities to report child abuse, and when the police arrived they found the the bloody remains of infants smeared across the walls and the floor. In most cases the mother couldn't understand why the police were there, she said that she had just "got rid of the stupid doll," she calmy stated as she rocked a baby-shaped bundle in her arms.

-crappypasta-
sucked
Who would buy a baby doll because they're having a baby? Isn't that kind of... redundant?
