As to your first complaint, bans never go out of date. If you haven't noticed, nobody even bothers to say gay in that way anymore. It's childish.
To your second, that thread was locked because it turned into a big old thing about americans being fat and swine and all that nonsense. It's pretty obvious just by looking at the 1st page.
To your third, trolling doesn't really have to be serious. Trolling itself is just joking to the point where it's not nice anymore

I have no beef with you or any other user on this forum. The fact that you happen to get banned, and it happens to be by me is not my fault, you're breaking the rules. Occasionally I'm in the wrong, and in those instances I'll be sure to correct my error as best as possible, but looking at the event logs where your path crosses mine, none seem to be erroneous (this goes for your main account).
I apologize that I seem to have rubbed you the wrong way (as if I've given you a handjob with 80 grit sandpaper), but I view posts as posts, not posts a specific user has posted.

No one bans enough. Like the posts get shittier and shittier. I remember fearing for my life back when Mikfoz was here, I barely even posted. I got perma'd once I think but unbanned on Garry's Bday. Have had a few bans since, but not many. Recently I haven't been banned at all (except for confusing fast threads title bans, the buttons were messed up in my browser causing me to choose the wrong ones).
I'm not a very good poster, and I'm surprised I'm not banned more often.

bad mistake, you should have kept autoban and some form of the smartness system, the one where you get ban if you misspell every word and get ban (cya -5001 samrtness). Then you lower your standards.
