(read: some douchebag)
So, disagreeing with someone higher on the chain is being a douchebag? Last time I checked, only dictatorships actually forced people in the military to agree with their elected official(s). What are you proposing? He didn't even disobey any orders.
and want to force this type of living on American troops on Afghanistan.
...What planet are you from, again? I haven't heard this anywhere. If I'm wrong, feel free to link me to your sources, but that's a questionable claim.
Living a few extra years
Who said anything about a few extra years. It has already been said this has proved in laboratory tests that it doubles the lifespan of small animals. If that multiplier translates to humans or not is yet to be seen. But yes i agree that living to 180 means cock all in the life and service of a soldier, who is supposed to be at the physical peak of fitness and training; not destined to live longer. For an average person, sure this is useful. For a soldier? No.

Well... if you skip a meal your body will think your starving and store your fat.
You can eat however much food you want to as so long you have an active lifestyle to maintain it.
Sounds like obama brainwashing to me.
Healthiest thing for losing weight and staying thin is eating small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. Don't eat big meals, especially later on in the day. My old wrestling coach used to say eat the breakfast of the king, the lunch of a noble, and the dinner of a pauper.
I've actually been partially doing this to a extent (1,2 meals a day) And it actually makes you feel alot better after a while.
I sort of do that during the summer or use too. 1/2 meals a day sometimes 1 meal. Sleep for 10-12 hours. made me feel like shit. Started exercising I eat 3-4 meals a day and stay at the same weight but stay healthy. +water. Now we have to remember McChrystal is the guy who said killing afghans is "fun" I wonder if the 4 hours of has something to do with that? I mean the guys clearly mentally unstable, to state that killing people is fun is so far from sanity its almost insane to try and defend that.
It is healthy to eat 4-6 smaller meals during the day, rather than 2-3 hefty meals.
but 1 mre a day trumps all right
but 1 mre a day trumps all right
MREs are chocked full of calories. Seriously. They typically have 1600 to 2400 calories altogether. They're only meant to be eaten if the soldier is deployed into combat, though.
Well... if you skip a meal your body will think your starving and store your fat.
No. You don't understand how this works sorry.
