If you had a phone with an HD video camera it might work, but I don't think anyone would want there iPhone strapped to an RC helicopter that could either crash or get shot at.

Someone should get an RC helicopter and rig up one of those LPEG MP7s to it then have a camera looking down a red dot sight attached to the MP7 so you can use it as an airborne weapon platform. And have an M203 on it too.
