http://airsoft-club.com/shop/tactical-gear/mask-scarf/black-bear-airsoft-stalker-style-shadow-mesh-mask-od Look at that masterpiece, two straps, (unlike the V1 on Evike) and it doesn't cut down on aiming abilities with iron sights assuming it's like Codemonkey's.
Identity, I'll probably be able to come to CC towards the end of the month with a friend. Just a headsup.

Wow cool, 5 Floridians.
I don't use my brassguard because I'm shallow as hell and I think it looks kind of dumb on me.
I will use my brassgaurd because I have to in order to play at HVA :v:
I don't use my brassguard because I'm shallow as hell and I think it looks kind of dumb on me.
what do you use instead
After my $1000 tooth replacement I don't go anywhere without my brassguard.
I can't get my brassguard to stay on my face without slipping and sliding. I may fog up more with the iron face, but at least it's more comfortable and works well with my helmet.

I wear the v1 stalker brassguard with the strap going diagonally over the back of my head and I wear my helmet which holds the brassguard straps down, then I wear the chinstrap and tuck the sides of the brassguard and wear goggles over it which keeps it extremely solid
I'm getting a brassgaurd with the shape of the V1, but with two straps :buddy:
I'm not a big fan of masks to be quite honest. Sure they protect your teeth, but if I'm going to be playing airsoft for the added realism over paintball I don't really want a mask ruining the look I'm going for. I'd probably use a Brassguard in CQB though.

Your loadout can still look good with a brassguard, and you won't need to have teeth replaced.

Unless I was purposefully going for an 0p3rat0r look, I can't see a Brassguard not looking out of place.
I wear my brassguard with my Russian loadout, guess I'm not fashionable :(

One piece of safety gear doesn't not completely throw off a look.
Brassguards kinda look like a balaclava when paired with goggles and it's much lower profile than regular masks so I love it
Brassguards make you look like Scorpion from Mortal Kombat. GET OVER HERE
In my opinion they still look too operator for a Russian VDV conscript loadout.
It's a matter of opinion. You can value looks over safety. I on the other hand see it the other way because I don't have insurance (yet), so of course I say otherwise. Also, my field is holding a tracers only game. $70 buys you the tracer unit (Echo 1 brand), I think 2000 or 5000 tracer bb's and admission. Seem like a good deal?
Depends on the field and how long the game.
Depends on the field and how long the game.
Woodland field with bases here and there, and the game would last a few hours.
Woodland field with bases here and there, and the game would last a few hours.
Where exactly?
Orlando.

Socialized healthcare is amazing.
HVAers, I'm going out to HVA on the 17th, anybody else going?
Aw yea just went to the monthly night game at my local park and it was fucking awesome The whole park was open (including the bathroom and reception area) and gameplay was 3 big teams fighting it out for objectives; there was about 150 people and all the lights at the park was turned off I was actually picked to go mercenary, a 5 man squad that's on none of those teams, and we get infinite respawns and our objective is to fuck shit up for the other teams Halfway through the game, I got split from my squad and went solo and got so many fucking people from behind while avoiding enemy contact :v: It actually felt like I was playing STALKER free for all multiplayer deathmatch on a giant night map v:v:v [editline]7th April 2011[/editline] It was an hour long game
Wow that sounds fucking intense, I want to do.
Come to Commiefornia, they do that shit every month Also, I actually managed to sneak quietly enough with all my gear and hicaps to not make any noise and got the jump on many people - end result being very satisfying
