IFAP Skirmish/Meetup Schedule thread - General

OH YEAH, we can start assigning squad roles right now too! So right now here's the mini list. Squad Leader - Notrabies Team Leader 1 - Medic 1 - Support Gunner 1 - Grenadier 1 - Team Leader 2 - Medic 2 - Support Gunner 2 - Grenadier 2 - Squad radioman (radiomen) - Note that while we will definitely be having two medics and two fire team leaders, everything else is variable. Since I'm all about that CQB, I'm thinking 1-2 grenadiers and 0-1 support gunners is the best format, but current gear will be deciding that. Also note that for whatever reason, everyone who played last year wanted to be medic, and that veterans get preference for what role they want. BUT WE'RE A TEAM SO TALK IT OUT

I have coms now so I can be radiomang. Also I got grenade lawnchair so I guess I got double duties.

So if we're going to do DCU with tan gear, I got some shit to buy

I'll be a standard rifleman of some kind. plan to have my m16 and g18 on me for the game. assign me to what ever.

Medic or Rear Security is for me if you've got it.

I could also bring my 249 for someone else to use, but im sure as hell not going to lug it around.

Gear color is entirely your choice, it can be any color you'd like, just make sure you have headwear that's the right color. Also remember that lightweight is the most important part of your gear. SAW's are basically only used during daytime so definitely bring your SAW even if someone only uses it for a little bit.

I could just wear my DCU's and my LBV. Lightweight and I'll be able to carry everything I need to.

Not sure how old Werrek and Dark's brother are, but it could be the swampfapping threesome if they're under. Plant city peeps would be welcome to stay at my house the night before, since Ocala is quite a drive for you guys. I just skimmed the rules and stuff, seems p. cool.

So Doug (Deathmog) and I were thinking about having an "HVA Field Day". We kind of got shot down for a winter op so instead we were thinking about getting the owner to possibly extend hours and have basically a big get together on an unstructured open play. Anyone down? We'd love to have everyone out and since I missed Isiro and Mishko I haven't met any IFAPers other than Deathmog, Code, and Stabby. I'll also be attending Operation: Bad Blood 2013 along with (tentative) Deathmog and his brother, and (Tentative) DWT.
