But the tax increase on wealthy families would pay for this, so there would be enough money. And the reform will make medicare and medicade more effecient, allowing the programs to come out of bankruptcy. Despite what you may have heard, a public option is not the only thing in this bill.

The bill is specific instructions for thousands of different entities, of course it's going to be longer.

How will taxing another segment more of the top 5% of a single country enable us to pay for it?
