I havn't lost or gained any weight recently, but in the past 8 months or so I've reduced my body fat percentage by like 6 to 8%
I'm 182cm and 70kg.
Shockingly not considered overweight.

You eat food it literally just gets tore apart nearly straight away and within minutes you're hungry again.

key to losing weight is dont eat sugar, flour, white bread, butter use only olive oil for vegetables. Drink only water. And eat wholemeal bread (Brown Bread. ) . Eat often but eat few. Walk at the fast tempo everyday walk at least 3.5km. Eat boiled chicken with no oil. If you want to eat meat just [B]fry it with no oil. [/B]Eat only orange and apple. Use saccharin instead of sugar.

Yet i eat mcdonalds every other day.

Carbohydrates are basically the devil because they're terrible for losing weight yet they're delicious. Fortunately I'm trying to gain weight so I can justify the carbs to myself :v:
