I have to gain 9KG, i'm so skinny. :(
No matter what I do, I can't get past 102 Pounds. 5' 8'' by the way :gonk:
What the fuck, I could snap you in half. [editline]10:32AM[/editline] Lay off the meth man
i am lucky. i have the perfect metabolism rate so that i can maintain an average weight
I don't know what pounds to KG is, but I assume losing 4 pounds a week like me is greater than or equal to 9KG a month?
I have tested myself, and I lose 2 gram a minute or 2KG a day. That is if I do nothing but play games on my PC, skipping food and any form of movement. Edit: By the way, i'm 175cm tall and weight 54kg, so it's kinda critical that I eat a fuckload of food a day.
That is the worst method of weight gain I have ever read, especially for someone with a metabolism as fast as mine. I eat like a normal person... in fact I probably eat a lot more sugar and fat than a normal person, but it has absolutely no effect on me.
i have the exact same thing.
Need to put on weigth. Don't want to just eat burgers though.
I have the magic-metabolism too - I can't gain weight, and I'm underweight.
If you haven't tried biking, I'd recommend giving it a shot. I bought my first road bike the other day for $700, figuring it was a practical and affordable means of commuting around the base. As an unintended side-effect, I've been riding the damn thing everywhere because it's so much fun. I've never had a bike of this quality before, and it's awesome! It's great excercise and it's a ton of fun. A bit pricey for anybody without a steady income, but definitely worth it in my opinion.

I love bikes, and working out with weights.
I'm 193cm and 74kg, I think. That's a little underweight, isn't it?
I finished my daily treadmill mission about a minute ago and now im drinking water god im very thirsty.

I'm 6ft 210lbs I work at a fast food place and the food is everywhere!!
How. I'm a skinny shit with a fast metabolism
Eat more then you can handle. And don't exercise.
How's the weather down there shorty
I can see why he wants to lose weight, his BMI is about 249680.1
I'm 193cm and 74kg, I think. Also, putting on weight for me is a labourious task of forcing myself to eat. I eat loads at meal times and I like it, I have a massive capacity to eat.

Even though I'm 5'6" (167 cm), I've only gained about 5 pounds over the past few years. I'm about 100 pounds (45 kg) now. Why [editline]07:49PM[/editline] I've been working out a lot more often. I still live on burgers and junk food though.
About 170cm and 51.2kg.
Congrats.
I'm 5'10 and around 170 pounds. My diet really has been helping. Giving up soda would make me lose more weight, but I refuse to give up mountain dew. I also work out every day.
Fun fact, you don't have to only eat, you have to work out....
Yeah thanks for that useful input. I'm thinking my 30-45 minute workout every couple of days plus four hours of Tae Kwon Do and five hours of American Football training every week would help somewhat... but it's very slow going.
How. I'm a skinny shit with a fast metabolism
eat more burger
Thanks to (prescribed) ADD meds and some good solid working out/cardio I went from being 160lbs (72.5kg) to 135lbs (61kg). I was pretty happy with it, still going to the gym somewhat regularly and going to try to go almost every day over the summer. EDIT: Also, if you want to bulk up, eat mad protein. I'd recommend getting protein shakes, totally worth it.
Reading the title made me think this was those stupid banners on websites with ugly fucks with a quote saying how much weight they lost.
I wish I could gain 9kg in one month. I really need to put on weight. [editline]02:57PM[/editline] Well done though.
protein shakes + steady workout regiment bam

[editline]02:57PM[/editline] Well done though.
I had the same problem when i was in Junior High, though it wasn't for normal reasons. I weighed 90 at the beginning of Junior High, and then i got put on Ritalin for ADHD. This wasn't bad, it actually helped with school, but then i started losing my appetite. By the end of the first month i was down to a little over 80 pounds. Being 5'5", it wasn't the worst thing ever, but still. Not healthy. So my Doctor told me i had a month to gain weight or he would have to take me off it. So, in a month i gained 15 pounds. I just ate all the time. Unfortunately it kind of set some bad habits for me. Now i'm about 210. I'm 6'1" now, so i don't look fat...but i've got a bit more of a beer gut than i would like to. I need to start working out.

Wow you guys are lightweight, I weigh 115 kg and am 188 cm tall. I really need to lose weight (about 25 kgs at least), but at the moment I'm concenterating on getting a bit fitter rather than lighter. Played badminton for two years and got a basic level of fitness for quick bursts of speed. Now I've been jogging (or rather running uphill, walking otherwise) for 1 month with extra weights (first 5 kg in a backpack, then 13 kg and now 2 kg on both ankles and wrists, for the total of 8 kg), because after I finished upper secondary, I came back home and there is nobody here to play badminton with me. My legs have gotten stronger now, judging by how the muscles get outlined pretty well despite all the fat in my legs. Having a little trouble with the pollen outside, since I'm a little allergic. Nothing I can't handle though. I will most likely start losing weight when I move out for university, which'll hopefully happen in about 3 months. It's not like I have any choice, since money will be hard to come by, so I'll be living on short rations. I'll just keep on walking and hopefully I'll manage to get someone play badminton with me every once in a while.
