Oh snap. That is better then mine. Me only losing 16 pounds a month. But I'm 130 right now, one more month and I'll be SET!
I'm 185 cm at 86 kg and I can't lose any weight.
I've always wished i was a lanky sort of guy, never liked the big bulky look
I read the title as I Lost 9K in 1 month. As in money D=

I read it as exactly the same thing, would of been one crap month.
Loosing weight is one of the hardest things, a few years ago I decided to get fit so did loads of exercise, took up fencing and kickboxing but as a result I ended up gaining weight! Was very depressed till someone reminded me muscle is heavier than fat and I had in fact gained a lot must muscle than I realised. Proven by the fact that I had to go out and buy loads of new, smaller jeans...
I'm 190cm and 81kg, yet still chubby for some reason. Working out has been doing wonders for me though.
I'm 160-170 cm and 40 kg.
I hate junk food, but I still eat more sugar and fat than what's "normal".
Gah stupid America and the Customary measurement. I don't know the conversions off the top of my head so I have no idea how much that is (also too lazy to Google and I'm mad at the Customary measurement). I wish we used metric.
I wish I could lose some weight, however I do not consider myself as fat.
I'm 5'10 and around 170 pounds. My diet really has been helping. Giving up soda would make me lose more weight, but I refuse to give up mountain dew. I also work out every day.
I'm 5'7 and 150 pounds. Lets check the BMI shall we?
I'm at 23.5, which is almost overweight.
You are at 24.4, still healthy, but it seems I have defeated you!
LEVEL UP!
I also need to lose weight. I need to lose 20 pounds.
It's not hard, but it isn't easy you know?
Exercise is key. And eating better, which I am trying to do.

BMI is a terrible way to calculate whether you are at an unhealthy weight or not.
Supposedly at my ideal weight, which is 230-240 pounds, which is what my doctor says I am naturally supposed to weight if I wasn't overweight, I am still in the "obese" category, which obviously isn't right since I am just built big.
I got ripped in 4 weeks.

Not at all
That is the worst method of weight gain I have ever read, especially for someone with a metabolism as fast as mine. I eat like a normal person... in fact I probably eat a lot more sugar and fat than a normal person, but it has absolutely no effect on me.
Go on down to Mickey Dees they supersize your shit.
6"3, 200 pounds on the dot.
Wtf im around 170cm (5.5 ft) and im 55kg (~100 lbs), you must be seriously overweight if your goal is 80kg
Hate to stump ya but I lost 25kg in 2 months. At my worst I was around 105~, at my lowest (after being sick for a week, admittedly) was around 65kg

around 70-75kg is the average UK male, and given that I've seen some sources that put it at around 80kg, that's not too much of a stretch
