Holland has already successfully brought back its citizens by plane, so I doubt they'll attack fleeing foreighners.

An Arabian friend of mine translated this speech for me as it was happening. Some of the things he said are truly pathetic. It's truly disgraceful what's happening in Libya, I sincerely hope that they get the peace and democratic rule they deserve.
