They should have named it something better, Aspergers sounds too much like Assburgers
I feel the same as you Jallen, I got a 33 in the test. [editline]01:58PM[/editline] I have an identical twin brother, he is the only person that I feel truly comfortable around. (no homo)
Friend of mine has assburgers. They taste like shit
lol i get it because its a burger made of ass and shit comes from your anus!!!!!!1111 i got 23, which seems to make sense. i'm pretty shy but get on very well with people i've known for a while
I've got aspergers. :v:
I got 33 :O I don't feel like I have any kind of autism
LoL! everyone on facepunch has aspergers hahahaha that explains a lot thank you for being honest everyone.
Score of 8 I've gone from being someone with bad social skills and practically a total nerd close-to-dropout to better to the point of being one of the key spokespeople of my course and having a strong social circle (at the risk out sounding lame, there are some pretty good websites around to find out how, and reading "How to Win Friends and Influence People" is a recommendation) Even if I sometimes mis-step socially (although no more often than anyone else really), I love being in social situations (although the name 'social situations' is decided not cool); Most the stuff on that quiz could be caused by other likes/reasons, but that said if you got a really high score and it was a reason for concern then better to check yourself out.
I'm going to take look at some things like that, I really need to get my act together.
I think it's a frank problem with modern society that a portion of the population have worked themselves into social failure; At the risk of sounding alarmist, computer games and the internet Are to blame, even in the past nerds would have to go and meet eachother to socialise, nowadays lots just sit at a PC all day Having an internet community is cool, but it's really not the same thing as seeing real people While I never really had a 'strategy' per sé, just making a big effort was what did it; It began when I went off to uni and at times you do have to make decisions that feel like they are changing a part of what 'you' are, but then if you're not happy with your situation then aren't you the problem anyway?
Hmm, I took the test, I don't seem to be Autistic at all. Yay me. Agree: 2,4,5,12,16,22,35,46: 1 point Disagree: 10,11,27,32,34,48,49: 1 point Score: 15
I believe that any Aspergers diagnosed after childhood is bogus. Teenagers believing themselves to be superior to their peers and having trouble fitting in? Typical. A 7-year old math prodigy having trouble communicating? Acceptable.
I got a 7. I guess I can't live up to my parents' dreams of being a social misfit who covers it up with a mental condition, oh woe is me.
Asperger's is a "get out of jail free" syndrome, like ADHD. It is just an excuse for weird antisocial kids, claiming they have asperger's so they don't have to be responsible for why they're afraid to talk to girls. Since Asperger's is treated symptomatically, it is almost impossible to tell whether you do have the syndrome or not. People like Ulillillia (google him) have Asperger's, not you.
This is a typical statement of a person who doesn't know shit. I've been living with ADHD for my entire life, and all I can say is that I'm not faking shit, and that it's very hard to control.
I apparently had Ass Burgers a few years ago, but I think I was just anti-social, because I scored an 11.
Agree: 2,5,12,16,22,43,46: 1 point Disagree: 1,11,17,25,28,30,32,36,47,48,49: 1 point Score: 18
I got a twenty eight :(
My score is 24, I am pretty "nerdy" and am frequently told so by many people. Except my friends who are "nerds" themselves. Don't get me wrong I know a lot of people and I am friendly but I would prefer to be inside on my computer.
Asperger's is still being debated over in regards to how to properly classify it. There might be people who are simply too anti-social rather than having asperger's.
I got a 3 on the test does that mean i'm dumb [editline]03:05PM[/editline] oh wait it means im a cool kid [editline]03:05PM[/editline] :smug:
This "syndrome" is a fake. It's been made up by liberal parents who baby their children. "Oh, it's OK Tommy, your just sick. It's not your fault you're antisocial, just express yourself."
I have Asperger's Syndrome, and I'm pretty lucky because I am super-high functioning. When it comes to being social, I actually don't do too bad.
That means you don't have it.
Score: 21 It seems to be normal for me because I love physics and computer science. Mathematics, physical sciences and engineering students were found to score significantly higher, e.g. 21.8 on average for mathematicians and 21.4 for computer scientists. Wiki.
hey that means you're autistic and not a special snowflake like you wanted to be fuck you and everyone who has "asperger's"
I got 16. I still hate going out sometimes though. Mainly because my friends think life is a big joke and I can't talk about anything if it doesn't involve trailing off to dumb jokes.
My result was 35. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autism_Spectrum_Quotient#Use_as_a_diagnostic_tool in the wiki article to get an idea of what this means.
I scored 22 on that, and I've got aspergers syndrome. :raise:
Nah it's just called anti-social. Aspergers is made up bullshit in my opinion for most people
I agree. My teacher acts towards me as if talking for too long will make me go on a school slaughter and shoot everyone. Problem is that the aspergers syndrom is so stereo-typical that everyone acts as if you were autistic to the very edge of being capable of being with others, which is annoying as all hell. Then there's awesome parts, such as if I ever need something I can tell my state and they're forced to give it to me so I can continue living my life.

Agree: 18,41,42,46: 1 point Disagree: 27,30,34,48: 1 point Score: 8 I think this is good... is this good? I'm introvert as seen in the OP.
I don't have Aspergers, I'm just a social retard.
There is no "Aspergers", only anti-social people who need excuses...
There is no "Aspergers", only anti-social people who need excuses...
Aspergers isn't exactly anti socialism. I like to be social, I'm not good at it, and I'm still diagnosed with Asperger's.
