I am serious about getting tested for Aspergers syndrome

Yeah, I have it. I keep it under control with a special diet though. It works wonders. Before I went on it, I was the class clown, except nobody would laugh at my jokes. Looking back, those jokes make me facepalm.

Now, people treat me like a normal person.

You seem to think having aspergers means you are dumb. But it is basically a way of thinking, and more often than not an intelligent way of thinking... Einstein had aspergers...

There is so little of a difference though really, that I don't even really consider it to be a mental disorder so much.
It's just stupid that people use it as a excuse to be total freaks/assholes, it feels like a giant kick in the balls.

I know I shouldn't really take offense to this, but comparing it to ADHD is kind of far fetched. I mean, most people I know with ADHD or ADD don't use it as an excuse, they just say they have it, end of story. Doesn't mean we can pull it out of our ass as an excuse towards not being social.
