Thanks for the money Turbis, but I just now realized that Paypal is being stupid is putting a limit on my sending. So they ask me for credit card, I put one in, it shows up on the account.... and its still asking me to add a credit card. Oh and of course the limit is still there. I hate Paypal.

When I don't have enough funds on my account I get sent to a 'add a credit card' page, might be that you don't have enough on your account.

You need to add a credit card to your account to lift the spending limit. I recommend an American Express gift card. Paypal accepts them as a credit card and you can use the money on the gift card through Paypal. Try your local grocery store for one. It takes about 2 days for Paypal to send the verification code after you connect the card to the account. Once you verify it, you're good to go.
I can confirm this, I've done it and I showed Spork how to do it.
Oh, I misread your post. The verification code should be online on your credit card bank statement in 2-3 days or if you're old-fashioned, in the mail. It's a 4-digit code you need to enter on Paypal.
It should show up as a charge from PayPal. Actually I think there's an example of the charge reads as with the code and everything in their FAQs.

Does anyone have a spare copy of l4d2 to give away? My friend recently got a new computer and has only cs1.6 on steam, he's broke and so am I. We need a coop game to play and l4d2 seems like a good choice.
