Newcomer Declare: [img]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/21918572/Map.png[/img] All throughout the system a cacophonous roar of transmissions turns attention to the area between Varaiyah and the relay (at least briefly for those locked in battle). What is not encrypted is unintelligible for the most part, but gunfire and explosions can be heard. Those nearby are quick to report that a massive structure roughly the size of a planet is coming through a sort of wormhole. In five turns The Habitat will emerge.

Within days the new Cartesian super defense is ready for action. Using the residue left over from the blast in the core of the planet, armies of technicians were able to create this beast of a ship planet hybrid.[/i] [b]X-SD 'Planet Tion'[/b] [i]The X-SD 'Planet Tion' was the third 'planet' in the Cartesians empire. It is the second most populated planet of the Gito's and is made unique by it's extreme power core which is used for intergalactic shielding. The shielding is capable of withstanding a full supernova, any type of nuculear weapon and most energy based weapons. Some consider it a sheep in the Cartesians fleet, others consider it a planet of culture and intelligence. Whichever your views X-SD 'Planet Tion' is capable of extreme feats of defense, hence it's classification as a super weapon. It's first ability is it's ability to project all, or part of it's shielding onto another object. This of course leaves the planet vulnerable to attack as it's shields would be weakened or down, and with no actual weapons of it's own defeat would be inevitable. It's second ability is to use some of the shields power to send an electromagnetic pulse in a large radius around the ship. This is it's only secondary defense to attackers, it's main tactic being to pull the EMP - propel the planet to a safer location and reactivate the shields. Before I mentioned that it has no means of weaponry. I wasn't entirely telling the truth. As a last resort the planet can turn off all of the shielding and redirect all power to the main core. After a while the core will be chagred enough to cause catastrophic damage if it were to go into meltdown. The planet can self-destruct, killing everybody nearby aswell as all of the unfortunate populace inside.[/i]

The thread lost activity due to the fact that Milk got grounded because he was controlling the alien mass. Because we all banded together to shoot the alien mass, it created a clusterfuck in it's own right. No one wants to keep attacking to add on to the clusterfuck, and that's why we are here. Throughout this entire thread I've been spriting a new army, and I'm quite excited to use them. So, personally I haven't been too excited about using this current one. Which contributes to part of the reason of my inactivity.

The Eye of Nyx appears, and the World eater shoots out a giant tentacle, which splits into two. The World Eater is weakened, thanks to the enormous amount of mass put into the tentacle. It wraps itself around the ship near it, and it enters deep within Haeven, feeding on it. [editline]27th May 2012[/editline] (Btw, sorry that I didn't do all you stated, but seeing as it was already quite damaged, thus having lost a lot of mass, and the tentacle would have to be pretty huge JUST to get to Haeven, this was more fair IMO. Once it has had time to feed on Haeven, I could declare for you and follow the rest of the orders.)

A thick industrial sludge covers the water. They also complete the construction of a Phase 1 Rocket Frigate. It is a small ship with a Plasma-Cannon mounted on the bottom of it. The launch of it is a monumental day and will be celebrated in the years to come.

By the way guys, can we stop using all these photoshop effects and brushes etc.? It would make Oneiroi declaring and cleaning up weapons fire much easier.
