It has no engines besides ones to move it across solar systems. It does have ship bays for production/storage though. There are currently 2 medium sized ships docked.

Err, you might want to change that. You can have 2 meds as a maximum with a beginning planet, you can't switch it around like with units you get from newly captured planets. Also, declare.

You have to remember that turns count for everybody. So if you've been without a turn for a while the turns really start to stack up and you can p. much instabuild a fleet.
