Hey guys, look what I made. It's bacon, melted cheese, mustard, and a piece of bread all wrapped in a tortilla. fat is absolutely disgusting when flabby. But when the fat on bacon is nice and crispy, it's the fucking best

I don't really mind fat on bacon, but fat on steaks and shit is just disgusting as hell

The fat part is great with salt. On bacon it's great but on something like steak or chicken it's shit.
Steak fat is gross, I cut it out.
I have the same problem but with most burgers, when there is small giblets and bone it makes me gag, same with sausages.

Once I was eating bacon and I din't chew through the bacon as good as I must of thaught I did, half of the bacon was down my throat and using the other half of the bacon (strung together by the fat) I had to pull it back up. European bacon isn't so bad, more meat than fat, you Americans got it bad bacon-wise in my opinion.

Horribly mass produced, the pig is usually fed nonorganic foods to promote their size gains. I normally goto a butcher. I tend to get some VERY good bacon, and if I'm willing to spend a few extra bucks, I'll goto the same place I get my steaks. An all organic butcher/farmer. Pricey as fuck, but the quality in the meat is extremely noticeable.

Its not a mistake that steak quality is judged by the marbling. (aka. amount/spread of fat within the meat) Fat gives the flavor. More marbling = better meat.

Ugh, couldn't agree more! I always try my best to cut all the fat off with scissors! I can't eat a bacon sandwich someone else made me because they're usually all stringy and ew :<
