I hate it when im enjoying a perfectly tender piece of steak (i have had steak that tastes like goddamn bacon) and i get to an area where this little piece of fat, probably the size of a marble, works its way into my mouth. Biting down on that is one of my fears. It sends chills down my spine, and totally puts me off the rest of the steak.

I don't mind a thin layer of fat around the edge of the steak. I prefer it when the fat is marbled through it, so no distinct chunks of it.

Also, I don't think I've been clear enough. I will state the "fat" I'm talking about:

- When you don't cook bacon well enough and the fat is chewy and spongy and colorless

- The colorless spongy fat inside steak

Here's the fat I tolerate:

- When you cook bacon just right and it blends with the meat and you just wanna [b]ohhh god :gizz:[/b]

- Oil in burgers and on bacon it just makes me [b]ohhh god :gizz:[/b]
