I think he may be talking about the "grissle". THAT shit is what pisses ME off.
Fat is good. Delicious even, as long as it isn't more fat then steak...
I hate it when im enjoying a perfectly tender piece of steak (i have had steak that tastes like goddamn bacon) and i get to an area where this little piece of fat, probably the size of a marble, works its way into my mouth. Biting down on that is one of my fears. It sends chills down my spine, and totally puts me off the rest of the steak.

Marbling is good. Gigantic chunks of fat, however, are fucking disgusting.
