I've been walking a round the city all day, come at me.
I went to the city (NYC) on a field trip to the MoMA on Thursday and we were in the background on the today show I think I was the only one in the group who didn't jump around and wave like an idiot
Aside from looking like the abominable snowman standing in front of the Public library today, I'd say it wasn't that bad. Hell I saw: Papa and Mama Smurf, The Goddamn Batman, Elmo & The Cookie Monster, Mickey & Mini mouse, A huge fucking tree, Some asshole who said, "Fucking tourists get the fuck out of New York", The Car Horn Sonata, Spider-man tun off the dark(hard time filling out the seats my ass), A bunch of drunk ass Santas, and this: [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/45561413/ONE/IMG_20131214_193546.jpg[/t] Oh yea and I flipped off the news corp building.
10 inches of snow tomorrow (this morning technically since it's 00:06) and I don't have winter tires. This should be fun...
I'm from Cleveland, Ohio. Does that make me a Yankee/Northerner or am I like a cowboy or something?
Ha! I went there once, I got barred from 2 pubs in one night in Fremont, I actually got awful bad and I apologize to the bouncer at the 818 who I called a dirty plastic paddy, I apologize for hitting the poor man with a bar stool with my Dad and my Uncle, I do not apologize for calling him as such. For reference we do not "Know each other" or "Live on Potatoes" or "support the cause" and If I ever hear shipping out to Boston one more time in my life I will commit myself. I never want to have to even see an "Oirish" American again. After that experience we spent the rest of the holiday at Tequila's bar where we had great fun with Latino guys, they know how to take it easy and have fun. /rant But Yeah the Rock and Roll museum was fun.
Just got back from a stay in Staten Island over the weekend, slushy as fuck after the snow.
The whole area is a fucking Slurpee, now imagine shoveling it... :suicide:
The whole area is a fucking Slurpee, now imagine shoveling it... :suicide:
We're only like an hour and a half north and we got like a foot and a half of snow, shoveling it sucks dick
My part of NY didn't get hit so hard :( I love it when it snows so much that society pauses and I get to sit on my ass eating pickles and listening to snoopy d all day
We're only like an hour and a half north and we got like a foot and a half of snow, shoveling it sucks dick
The way the front of my house is on a main road, I should have gotten a bailing bucket, basically I shoveled half a ton of street Slurpee.
But the ice though also im praying for hella snow because i'm totally not ready for that algebra test i got tomorrow
Then you chop the ice up with a shovel. And I just don't want to go to school.
I WANT MORE SNOW. (Though it means I don't get my crush's phone number tomorrow. Sacrifices I guess!) I also want this thread to have more posts than the southerner's thread. And we're almost there!
Alright so an update on the snow situation. Like I predicted my school only called for a half a day. I live in a town surrounding Norwich, one that doesn't have its own High School. So I got to Norwich Free Academy. Well, the school in my town decided to cancel today. They're not running any buses from my town because of it. So I don't have to go to school now. Northerners FTW.
Casuals...
Weatherman says we're going to get snow We get rain. Weatherman says we're going to get snow, again. We get rain, again. Weatherman says we're going to get snow, yet again. This is beginning to sound like a story I know about a boy and a wolf...
I WANT MORE SNOW.
Just terrible, could possibly be worse then Hitler. Buffalo had a couple hour break from the snow, then drove home in a white out.
let's have a new england meetup in worcester MA or something, it's like the best central location p.s. fuck connecticut you don't even pronounce the c, it should be like "kinect-icut" but noooo it's gotta be like "kennediket"
Woah wait a second, I don't care if this is late but you're complaining about connecticut's pronunciation in the same post that's talking about Worcester?

Hey guys. Tennessean here. Got a bunch of family coming from Wisconsin for Christmas, how do I prepare? I figured I'd show them my gun collection to break the ice.
