Hey guys, can we stop with the incredibly vague arguments against stuff? Seriously, there's overdramatic television everywhere.
Also this. House? American TV show. LOST? American. The Walking Dead? American TV show based off of an American comic. That list goes on as well.
None of those are reality TV.
OP sounds like he would enjoy Charlie Brooker's How TV Ruined Your Life. It's a UK show.
you know what breaks my balls ice road truckers and Billy the Exterminator every single one of the twats on those shows needs to have their toenails ripped off by an angry honey badger and fed to them especially you billy FUCK YOOOOOUUU
At least we don't put soap operas in primetime slots.
Not primetime, but mid-day erryday.
I agree with OP so much. There was a show called "Extreme home make-over". It was a show about some random family got their home decorated and whatnot. Every single goddamn episode, there is always this sad story about their son having cancer or some crap. Of course, it's sad if it's really true but come on. I wanted to see houses being decorated, not seeing people cry and being sad.
Its not so much the over dramaticness that annoys me, its more the obviously staged supposedly shocking thing they just so happened to catch on camera that annoy me more. Aka shows like Jersey Shore.
