WHY SO UNBULKY PROGRAM? YOU CAN ADD SOME MOAR MOAR!!!!!!!
Football routine, I didn't come up with it.
You do all of that bullshit for football. Our weight room routine for football was pretty much a modified version of stronglifts. 10 reps a set seems kind of counterintuitive in regards to football. Higher weight/lower rep setups generally produce better results for the sport. Methinks whoever is running that program needs to learn that quantity =/= quality. Especially in football.

So you go increase the reps whaaaaaaat that makes none sense. Your coaches have something broken in their brains.
What's a schedule I just go running at 4-5 AM 2-3 times a week, biking 3 times a week and swimming maybe twice a week.
