Reporting him to the police for drug offenses is being a cunt. Sure he is too for stealing to pay for them but just because he's an asshole doesn't mean you should be. The only thing I can suggest is that he's booted out your house, in my opinion the drugs etc are his own life decisions, stealing isn't permissable though.

Well, because quite frankly he has used me and has done every little thing to annoy me everyday. Him and his friends have stolen over 1,000$ worth of stuff from me. Maybe his friends were involved, but I'm counting everything affiliated with him. He's been to jail more times than I can count.
What really irritates me is that he has done absolutely nothing to help himself, and he still talks to the fuck-ups that got him there in the first place. Me and my mom have actively been trying to get him enrolled and focused on college but he won't show any desire to go. I think it's a waste of time, he dropped out of high school in the 10th grade, and he doesn't know much at all. I don't think he is equipped with the knowledge or desire to get close to passing in college. So, it's a waste of money.
He keeps me up at night. He always has both TV's on at night, and he calls and talks to people loudly all night. I bluntly tell him to "shut the fuck up and go to bed" all the time. But his cycle continues. Just a few minutes ago he threw up in the bathroom. He's loud and obnoxious and randomly pops in my room. He's always high on drugs, whether it be Oxycodine, Zanny bars, Coke. Whatever. It's ridiculous and it really bothers me.
I don't know why, but he really pisses me off. Every fucking time he talks to me, he is always lying and I catch him lying all the time. He's always singing stupid rap songs out loud at 1am and pissing me off. He steals everything. He recently stole a flat-screen TV and pawned it. Him and my uncle pawn and steal everything. He drinks all the liquid in my house before I can even get my share. 3 Nights ago I found him filling up two fucking beer mugs full of soda. I ask him why 2 mugs and not 1. And he says "I dunno, I just don't feel like coming back". A bunch of these little things are what gets me pissed.
