If you have a con-sealed gun license then have a handgun with you for self-defense, it's what I plan on doing when I get older, cause when I do this gun safety class thing me and my mom are gonna do, shes gonna buy me a M9 Beretta :unsmith:

Did you get your shit back?
No they kept it as evidence. The phone was trash (I was planning on buying a new one anyway), so was the sweater, and medicare cards are cheap to replace.
I wonder what happened to the guy though. I never got called to testify in court. Maybe he just confessed and plead guilty.

Everyone knows you keep your piece under your beltstrap, safety off, pointed at your dick.
I got mugged once, but I managed to see the guy's face.
Turns out it was my neighbor :v:
A knife is great for surprise or a last resort but as a primary melee weapon it cant stand vs a hammer (until the knife starts getting larger but in this case lets say its a normal folding pocket knife. Knifes are only good if a person is properly trained to use one. With a hammer I can swing all day and whatever point I hit you with it will do damage depending on how hard I hit. With a knife your going to need to strike very precisely and with the blade side or get a good stab in. Your going to have to be very close to get stabbed deep enough to cause any real damage vs 1 good head blow with a hammer.
Its not illegal for me to have perfectly legal household tools on my person is it? People here in Seattle get away with shooting muggers all the time since its an open carry state and they will give just about anyone without a major felony a closed carry permit. I'm not too worried but if I was put in the shoes of having to kill someone I would be more concerned that I'm still alive then about the law.
Did you get all your info on knife fighting from this?

I think someone responsible should carry a gun only in an area with a reputation for a lot of crime. Even then, it should be more like a nuke; just a defensive threat and not actually to be used.
Cool, I've been to Richmond Hill a few times. I never really would've expected many muggings to happen there though, it looked like a pretty nice place.

clearly you haven't been to bernard terminal.
I would've thrown that guy into traffic and then stolen his wallet.
