The twins were hilarious. Some people say that they were racist, stereotypical black characters, but the movie never assigned them a race. They were merely robots with an accent, if you think that they are making fun of black people you are probably racist your self. Also the plot holes can be easily ignored, it was a movie where giant space robots came to earth to harvest the sun for energy. There was really nothing realistic about the fucking plot so plz stfu about the plot holes. The slow motion running scenes with Megan Fox were funny, I don't think that sports bra is in her vocabulary.
To be honest, I assumed the twins were white hillbillys the first time I watched the movie.
In my opinion this movie was simply too immature.. and that's kinda sad since I'm only 17. I guess I just don't like movies that focus on the most admissions/purchases than actual quality.
I just watched Transformers Revenge of The Fallen. Leave your brain at the door and enjoy the uber special effects porn fest robot deathmatch and Megan Fox's ass. That's the essentials. I don't even want to get started on the plot holes and truly questionable writing directions and decisions that went into it.

The movie was awesome.
Did the movie had the theme song (or a remixed/remade version) from the show?
Did the movie had the theme song (or a remixed/remade version) from the show?
I don't think I heard it during the film, and it could have been in the credits, but I do know/have the song made for the first live action Transformers movie.
I loved it. Just ignore all the plot holes. Also:I don't get why people complain about the movie length, it didn't seem drawn out to me.
I'm taking the liberty to post a friend of mine's review on the film.
Thank you, good to know I'm not alone.
I don't see what people are complaining about, honestly. Saw the movie twice...found both times enjoyable. Also, people need to stop with the "ROBOT HEAVEN" crap. Its not robot heaven, get your head out of your ass and think for once.
God i want to see this movie.
Pyramid is the energy source
Oh come on now. It is described as a weapon. It kills stars. [sp]When fired at a star, the star explodes and creates Energon. That's why the Primes originally set out with these weapons: to harvest Energon. The Fallen got his name by abusing his station and deciding to deploy it in a system that had an inhabited world -- Earth -- which was the only stipulation for the use of the device.[/sp] It is not an energy source; it's a star-killing power plant whose generator's catalyst is apparently causing a star to nova. It's not like it was mentioned 'in passing'. They made a whole ten minute segue just to explain [sp]how the Fallen came to be the Fallen and made numerous references throughout to the star killer, why it needed the matrix of leadership, why they need Energon and so forth.[/sp] Also, the railgun was a railgun. Not the Lightning Gun from UT2k4. A railgun uses a series of magnets to propel a projectile to very high speeds in a very small amount of time; the projectile that impacted on the bot on top of the pyramid was a slug traveling at high velocity -- it wasn't an 'energy gun' that fired a bolt of lightning or whatever. Go read up on yer coilguns; I don't think at the scale of the prototype in the movie it'd have enough momentum left to really [sp]punch through that huge bot quite so easily[/sp] but a larger scale railgun would've feasibly done the trick (I dunno maybe the Navy's invented monopole magnets or some such madness in the film). I thought the movie was great. I look forward to the next one.
Ugh, what's with the sappy love story bullshit at the start?
It was a good movie, better then the first. Definately places in my top 3 movies of 2009. 1.Star Trek 2.TF2 3.To be picked, hopefully GI JOE
Megan Fox was without doubt the weakest link in the movie. I'm pretty sure the only reason she's even in the damn movie was to be eye candy for horny teenagers and to make Shia Labeouf (or however you spell his damn name) feel big and happy about himself, playing a character with a hot girlfriend. I feel that if they took her out completely (and changed what little impacts on the movie she had to transit cleanly with her removal) the movie could have been far better. She may be a pretty face, but she can't act worth shit.
------------------------ Also ; what was the song in the credits? Can anyone check for me if you're going to watch it again? The one that plays after the shitty Linkin Park one, the soft mellow love song. I would love the title, thanks hoes. <3
I thought it sounded like another Linkin Park song. Maybe of their unreleased new album?
1. Too much battle fatigue. 2. Humour from a Decepticon ruins the whole atmosphere and fear of them. 3. Absolutely 0 character development of the new Autobots. 4. Overly confusing storyline. 5. Some strings aren't tied up. 6. Dragged out too long. 7. The jokes. Aren't. Fucking. Funny. but all in all, pretty wicked cool movie, good if you just want to see fucking awesome CGI bots bashing each other to bits in orgasmic detail and coolness. but this show sucks in emotional value, it doesn't make you think, it doesn't deliver any impact after you left the cinema ------------------------ Also ; what was the song in the credits? I saw it the other day it was pretty good [editline]01:32PM[/editline] except my mom decided she wanted to see it with me and some of the jokes got pretty awkward
I loved this movie :h:
leave my childhood cartoons alone! the first was bad enough.
The humor and dialogue were shit, the action scenes were fucking amazing, the plot was ok, an Megan Fox was hot. I enjoyed it.
Just saw it an hour ago, for free since my friend works there, it was awesome, if you don't think so you probably aren't a very cool guy.
Not the greatest film:

too many stupid 'poop humor' style jokes. Like the scene where the giant super robot has metal testicles.
too many jar-jar binks comedic relief characters for children, including but not limited to: that annoying mexican tag-along guy, those 2 ugly as fuck green and purple robots, the tiny deceptacon that gets his eye torched.
some fight scenes were lackluster or were hard to see what the fuck was actually happening. at some points it's just like: wow what the fuck is that massive blob of metal doing...
the movie could have been an hour shorter and still retained all the good scenes. way too many boring unneeded scenes.
good things about the movie:

megan fox
the hot robot chick w/ the tongue
more fight scenes than transformers 1 (not by much though, but at least they were very action packed and kept my attention)
The amount of bandwagon disagrees/dumbs people who hate this film are getting is just proof this forum is full of children.
:ughh:
shut the fuck up you child. "oh no somebody has a valid point i'd better post that ever-so-witty picture of picard, instantly nullifying their point. i'll take your fives at the door, ladies and gents" just stop it.
The amount of bandwagon disagrees/dumbs people who hate this film are getting is just proof this forum is full of children.
It totally has nothing to do with difference of opinion, totally.

I agreed with the things you said about the bad parts of the film. The picard was because Megan Fox is a fugly bitch.
