It was, in-fact, disturbingly awesome. Especially [sp]Jetfire's sacrifice to make Optimus one BAMF, allowing him to destroy the Sun Harvester, and rape The Fallen.[/sp]

Screw these emo LaBoof movies. Take the original (and, you know, GOOD) 1986 movie, remove the singing and dancing, give it the sexy CGI these new 'movies' have and you've got an instant winner. What's the deal with it being set on boring old Earth with 99% boring human characters who just over-dramatise every fucking line constantly? It's like AvP... Again, they set it on Earth. EARTH IS FUCKING BORING. TAKE THIS SHIT INTO SPACE. Oh oh! Parents! (I dry heaved every time a gay line like that came up). *edit* Seriously now, imagine Unicron eating fucking PLANETS in this glorious CGI...
Transformers was good. cgi robots fighting each other? What's not to like!? :D Btw, I heard you guys like megan fox
looks like a typical FPer what's not to like?! Megan Fox is a guy
Also, [sp]Optimus died[sp/]
*cough* no he didn't *cough*
Saw it a couple hours ago, loved it. Would possibly go see it again if any of my friends do.

I liked the scene where Bumblebee and Megan Fox got topless. Also [sp]What happened to that little robot that Megan Fox turned into her sex slave? [/sp]
I liked the scene where Bumblebee and Megan Fox got topless. Also [sp]What happened to that little robot that Megan Fox turned into her sex slave? [/sp]
I guess they set him free at some point. Edit: Man, I was hoping to see [sp]Megatron and Starscream get demolished[/sp] (Technically a Spoiler, because the opposite didn't happen)
I just came back from the theater, and obviously seeing this movie. I was very impressed. The fighting sequences were incredibly well made. It didn't look like two jumbled engines fighting. You could tell where each character was getting hit anatomically. Another plus was the amount of explosive ordinance that was used in the making of this film, and how it was filmed. This was really good. Being someone who hasn't seen Transformers one, I thought I was going to go into the movie not knowing what the hell has happened prior to the events taken in the sequel. I was wrong. They did a good job recapping the last movie, I had a jist of what happened, and why these specific events happened. The only negative... On several different occasions, the camera was filming continuously in a 360 motion. This made it dizzying and hard to focus on the... the focal point.
I enjoyed the movie, great action scenes. Only problem was a bit too much of the shaky-cam type thing like it's a Bourne movie. Anyway, one thing I didn't understand is how they could track Sam's PARENTS so easily to Paris but...not just track Sam.

Why did they used JDAMs, instead of MK82 dumb bombs? What a waste
The CGI was cool, everything else was shit. Oh and Megan Fox.
Just got back from the movie, it sucked pretty badly. First off, was there really a point at all the fucking dick jokes? Really? Most of the time, there was no point in them and they felt really forced in. The two stereotypical black robots annoyed the fuck out of me and were not funny at all. Once again, Michael Bay continues to make the mistake of including more Transformer characters that are never introduced and are later killed off. We get small glimpses of three female motorcycle autobots whose names are NEVER mentioned and they get killed off later anyway. Optimus has a slightly larger role in the film, and that's exaggerating by a bunch. The humans remained the main focus of the movie, which was really really stupid. A lot of the gags and jokes were, once again, forced into the movie for the sake of having humor. Did we really need the small Decepticon bot to start dryhumping Megan "Man Eyebrows" Fox? All in all, the movie was a mess. Sure, the fight scenes and CGI were really well done, but that's about it. Michael Bay is a special effects expert, not a Director. The movie really has no trace of the original Transformers feel other than the Transformers themselves having minor roles in the film. Terrible, terrible movie.

The human's race to discover stuff to save their planet. How the human's for some reason always get the knowledge to where stuff is. Might be why its centered around humans. Just a thought.

At least in the first film we got some names. This one, they were hardly introduced. They just went "SAM, OVER HE-" and then they got blown the fuck up. That, or John Turturro laughed at their metal balls.

Shia LaBeouooouououf (Wtf, I know) plays some kid, that's why there are DICK JOKES. 2. Not all of the Transformers were killed off, if you just PAID ATTENTION TO THE FUCKING MOVIE. Those three Motorcycle Autobots are Arcee. Arcee, in the film, is a single Consciousness controlling three bodies (Arcee was, originally, some sort of Cybertronian racecar. Later, in the cartoons, she was introduced as a motorcycle. In the first film (2007), Bay wanted to introduce her, but snipped that idea, since she might not have appealed to the audience; or something similar to that. As you can see, Soundwave (The Decepticon in space, who was a Satellite) was not killed (NOT a spoiler, since he's in space the entire time, and doesn't fight), the dry-humping Decepticon just disappears. Also, [sp]Megatron and Starscream get away at the end.[/sp] 3. I agree with you with the shitty humor being forced into the movie, but hey, at least a bit of it was funny. I didn't like those Hic Autobots, since the shitty humor they omitted didn't really appeal to me. But, really, there was only one line that made me laugh. 4. I disagree and agree. Yeah, Michael Bay is a special affects expert, but he directed the movie quite well. He stayed true to the original series, you know, even though the fight is over, the bad guy gets away to fight again later. At the moment, I can no longer argue with your statement, since it's 2:35AM, and I probably have to wake up in another 4 hours to visit family tomorrow. In short, I'm fucking tired.
Also, a third movie is announced.
Awesome.
Also, a third movie is announced.
Wow, gee really? I mean it wasn't obvious by the speech at the end or anything right?
they will continue making transformers movies until megatron is dead for good. or the cast members (and voice actors) die. [editline]03:06AM[/editline] they will continue making transformers movies until megatron is dead for good. or the cast members (and voice actors) die.
One thing that just made me WTF, out-loud, was the scene when they sent the Predator UAV. The first shot of it was the real deal but the second shot of it flying in was fucking recycled video from Transformers of the Globalhawk UAV. What the actual fuck. How can the same very stupid mistake be made twice. But other than that and a few other things, a couple of scenes that I would've been happy to not see and a little too much humor for an action movie, all was well and good for me. Worth paying again to see.
I was a little disappointed that Jetfire didn't fight much and Soundwave didn't fight at all.
I enjoyed it. One thing though.. Did anyone notice the autobot who [sp]combined Optimus Prime with Jetfires parts[/sp]? He wasn't in the movie until that scene..
I was a little disappointed that Jetfire didn't fight much and Soundwave didn't fight at all.
Could be because he may have been directing Decepticon forces because he can hack into satellites to check the battle area and that stuff, hack into the human transmissions and that stuff.

You get A10 and AC130 in the first, B1 and F16 in the second.
It surprising the most hated Sci-fi legacy of this century is most the best movie out this year yet all the ones that should have been really good and loved are some of the worst pieces of film ever made.
what the fuck are you trying to say
Third movie = Primus and Unicron. It's pretty much what they are down to left.
