I use 3 eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, american "cheese", ham, fresh garlic, a bit of onion, and a bit of finely cut spinach. Cook it in oil/butter.

I once tried filling an omelet with Sweet Baby Ray's.

It was sticky and awful and I imagine you'd get the same reaction out of maple syrup.
