This morning I smoked when I got up and did a neti pot to clear my sinuses.

When I blew my nose after I started to feel really dizzy and light headed. Then I threw up :S. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that I was high.

As with any psychedelic drug set & setting is very important to make the trip euphoric and comfortable. If you're a little to high and you maybe just want to lay down and relax it is never a good idea to force yourself to do stuff or go anywhere where you don't want to go. So always make sure you are in a good enviroment and company when you're smoking.
