Thanks Meatloaf, didn't need every definition. I was using the case "11. to attach to or fix on or in a support, backing, setting, etc.: to mount a photograph; to mount a diamond in a ring." But I was asking if the website was using a specific form of mount. Oh well, at least I used a form of mount.
