Ive never quite understood this, while in an LD, are you in complete control? Like you can willingly imagine you're swimming, or something?
It's funny you should mention swimming,
'cause drowning is usually what I use to wake up.
Any better tips on how to lucid dream?
Sleep to binaural beats.
Even if it doesn't cause dreaming it's still relaxing.
Whenever I have anything like this, I always seem to end up fighting myself in them. I'll be trying to create something, and I can see it, but it instantly disappears if I stop focusing on it. And eventually I'll get distracted and I forget about whatever badassery I was about to unleash upon everything I know.
I guess I'm not ready :saddowns:
I remember when i had a lucid dream, i woke up when i started having fun. :sigh:
If you want to create something in the dream, don't force it, but "know" that it is there. For example, KNOW that a car is behind you without doubt, and when you turn, it will be there. If you try to "MAKE" it, you will fail.
So thar.
Dreamed I obtained a staff that allows me to teleport to any universe. Turns out the SCP guys didn't take that very well. Let's just say, it ended with me trapped by a Slaaneshi Nurgling-shaped SCP-628.
I've always wanted to try this. I did a few times a few years ago not really knowing what I was doing so I beat up a fat kid in my sleep. After that, normal dreams. Now I listen to music while I sleep, and, I don't remember my dreams at all :(
Imagine playing god.
Now imagine playing god without sins or regret.
I love Lucid Dreaming, easiest way for me to get into it is go to sleep, set my alarm clock 3 hours ahead (Body should be in REM sleep by now), wake up, slam alarm off, sit up in bed for about 10 seconds, stare at ceiling, fall asleep, 10-15 minutes later I get into a Lucid Dream. In my dreams I feel like I am inside someone's body but not my own. I can still sort of control the body but very awkwardly, like a puppet on strings, it feels very weird. In some dreams I have special powers, such as jumping like I am in low gravity, a small leap sends me floating 200 feet up into the air. Other times I have extreme strength and can shove my finger through a concrete wall with no effort. Another fun one is being able to run so fast that the world begins to slow down around me. I hardly remember my dreams but these are the most recurring ones. Fun stuff, the brain is an amazing organ.
Is there some kind of link or guide to this? I would love to try it.
My dream went lucid last night. I got concious in a car, driving around. Apparently I was a taxi driver. Naturally I drive into a pool, get out, and then streak. What a life.

But you can't drown.
Just kill yourself because that's foolproof.
Just don't pull an inception and actually kill yourself.

Technically, if you're god, and you have a regret, you can snap your fingers and the problem will be fixed. :hurr:
I always have the same dream because its so fucking awesome. I summon a fucking dragon from the ground in my front yard and then he picks me up with his teeth and throws me on his back and then we go fly around and shit.

I do.
I have a fear of water. :ohdear:
I've only had 3 lucid dreams but let me tell you, I was a fucking god, I fought a lion for fun and threw electricity and fire off of my hands. Oh, and I always fly in my lucid dreams, but for some reason I'm limited by height, there's this point I just can't get over (like I'm limited to a 1km height or something)
