I was thinking those were pretty good until you said the sniper rifle wasn't you.
If you're going to make your own army, make everything on it. Otherwise it ends up like this, with an awesome gun outclassing mediocre sprites.

The detail is what separates a gun from a blob.
If you can't do simple detail, I'm just going to assume all you can produce is a blob.
On the subject of the things made by YOU, the black outlines just don't fit with the level of detail (or at least irregularity) you are trying to cram in them. Try remaking a few without the outline and see what you turn up. Then try a gun completely on your own.

Graphics Gale, easy rotation with minimal quality loss. No AA.
Also stop dithering everything. It usually makes no sense and is a lazy way of working to where you think you put in detail but actually just made it look stupid.
