I'm using the metric system, either learn to be normal or just use a converter. 4½ deciliters of flour If you don't think your pie will be big, here's another recipe: 3 deciliters of flour 225 grams of margarine 150 grams of margarine ½ deciliter water ½ deciliter water 5-6 deciliters of raspberry Pour the flour in a bowl and then chop down the margarine. You can pinch the two together, but I go down with my whole hands and mush around. It's right when the dough is "Crumbey", like little pieces of it. Add the water and quickly mix it. Don't mush around for more than 30 seconds. Put some flour on top of the dough, and put it in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes. Whilst waiting, you can prepare the raspberrys in some sort of way. I boiled them, but it's REALLY HARD to NOT burn them. If you ain't a cooker, just leave them. Set your oven to 225 degrees CELSIUS. When the dough is ready, I think you know what to do. roll out the dough to make a bottom. This recipe has about enough dough to make a 1 cm top + bottom on about a surface of 20-25 centimeters. If you can't make a good circle, roll the dough to be slightly bigger than the bowl you will have the pie in, and cut about 2 cm's around the bowl. Put on the bottom, add raspberrys, then some sugar (2 tablespoons) if you haven't already. If you roll out the dough and put it back together again, you could get a "danish pastry"-feeling of it, if you do it correctly and enough times. It should be in the oven 20-30 minutes. Check on it. ALOT. That's it.
what? Celsius?! My oven is in Fahrenheit... grams? I don't have anything to weight something... decilitre? uh?
Id tear that pie a new one. I love pie, if there wasnt any pie in the world, I commit suicide- no lie.
