... what
It looked like a VSS and a L96 had a child and then It had a child with a r93 and gave birth to this monstrosity. [editline]21st January 2014[/editline] Actually the more I look at it it looks like they just grafted an L96 onto a VSS.
Kind like L96 receiver, barrel, and mag with VSS stock and body, plus an R93 hand guard for shits and giggles.
I'm kind of getting SV-98 vibes from it for some reason. A mutant SV-98 from Chernobyl. [editline]21st January 2014[/editline] After it mated with a mutant VSS from Chernobyl.

I dont know, the receiver probably isnt much longer than an M16 stock. The real issue would be the enormous back weight.
Maybe they realized that and the foregrip is actually a solid lead weight to counterbalance it. With a design that strange and awkward i don't think that seems unlikely.

RAPTOR RIFLE!!!!! to be honest the stock placement seems off and too high to me
Other than the stock there's literally nothing wrong with the Truvelo Raptor. Would be a hell of a lot better if there was a full length rail instead of that carrying handle though
I like it, besides the stock being too high up. I think the carry handle is neat.
yeah step off they made the neostead 2000 which as we all know was like starting the third impact on bitches in BC2
Actually that stock placement looks pretty good to me. If you draw a line along the barrel, it hits the buttpad roughly 2/3 up, which means that the recoil is in-line with the stock to combat muzzle rise. Then the only issue is adequate sight height to be able to actually sight in, but the sights are pretty tall because of the raised rail block so that doesn't look like an issue. I think it's a neat design.
is it going to replace the R4?

Does anything in that image say "adequate" to you?
Most of that is photoshopped. The rear muzzle brake is copied once, there's an extra mag added, the scope is mirrored, the angle is completely off and it would be impossible for it to be attached to anything unless it was glued to the side.
Fair point.
Here's the original. It's not as ridiculous but still. Why two muzzle brakes? Extreme muzzle rise compensation? [editline]24th January 2014[/editline] Also automerge grrr i guess.
I feel like the weight of two of those things alone would offset most of the muzzle climb...
there was an explanation for this in c/u weapons but cba to find it
Apparently, there are knives and cheese slicers with pistol grips.
