Tacticlol v.3 I NEED A MAGWELL GRIP AFG VERTICAL GRIP HANDSTOP AND GRIPPOD EDITION

Is it just me who used to see the mag releases like that on bren guns and other top-feeding stuff and think that was the rear sight
I remember when I was 10 or something and I played CoD1, I always wondered why the Bren had two rear sights
I remember when I was 10 or something and I played MoH:AA and I called the M1 Garand "M1 Grand"
my brother always calls the M1 Garand the "M1 Garandma"
He's 24
Would it be possible to (theoretically) create a rifle like a Krag-Jorgensen, but with a detachable magazine?
Either the internal magazine just made detachable (so it'd be curved and kind of funky shaped but not extend the rifle's size at all), or a magazine coming off the side or something. It'd be horribly outdated and useless but i wonder if you could stick an extended magazine on a Krag style rifle so you could still go prone with it if nessecary.
Well there's a belt feed conversion for the Krag-Jorgensen so I'm sure an extended mag would work too.

belt fed bolt action rifles
it's so impractical but i want one
A rifle where neither "clip" or "magazine" will do.
Imagine if belt fed bolt actions would have became a thing, resulting in every country using a belt fed version of their service rifle during WW2.
And "assault mags" would have been something along the lines of those rigid belts/clips/whateverthefuck that the Japanese Type 92 machinegun used because they wouldn't get in the way as much unlike floppy belts.
I mean, it could actually be somewhat practical if they were disintegrating link belts.
Imagine if in Panzercop, instead of hipfiring MG42s, they had belt fed Kar98s and hipfired it
It'd be so anticlimatic yet funny because of how anticlimactic it is

Okay you know that's alright, a little unique and too stubby for my tastes but alright i can see where they're coming from. Y'know, not my cup of tea sort to say but it's not the worse thing in th-

I honestly think the one with the MP5k front is the less ugly of the two.
I bet it'd look nice with an SP89 handguard, but i say that about everything that you could put an SP89 handguard on.
(they're ares)
I personally love the amoebas, and now that they're in the us, i may have to acquire one. They look less like a stubby m4 and more like a PDW of some variety designed for stanags.

I'm thinking get the mp5k one, get a thin suppressor to fit inside of the handguard, ditch the stock and get one of the G&P tankers, and put a low t1 on top. Would make a nice little integrally suppressed 5.56 PDW.

Think real long and hard before you even consider buying anything Ares.
If you're going to change that much on it, you might as well just buy a non-ares gun and do that stuff to it for the same results.
speaking of stupid stubby killers

G&G, comes with DSG stock
i'm betting a fuckton of these will be going back to the factory with stripped pistons

It wouldn't have the same results because it wouldnt have the elevated top rail or the mp5k style grip. I know ares is shit though, but gearboxes can always be replaced.
Unless it's proprietary like a bunch of ares stuff and you can't fit a standard V2 in there.
I'd imagine it wouldn't be, but there's always the chance.

Unless the gearbox or body is proprietary, which Ares loves to do. Ares makes my all time favorite M14 model but I will almost certainly never own it because everything they do is an utter mess.

;_;
Ares stuff is great when it works and the externals are rather nice from what i've seen, but if something breaks then you're pretty fucked.
My Ares G36KV has worked great for all the few times I've used it, the only issues I've had were a slight trigger issue which was fixed with a piece of plasticard, and i had to re-solder the wires to the trigger switch because the way they were put on originally meant they got crushed every time you put a mag in and were stopping the mag from seating correctly.
ViralHatred used the fuck out of it and put so many rounds through it that i thought it'd explode when he borrowed it last time we played together, and the only casualty was the little hook that does the blowback broke like i was told it would.
The gun still works fine, it just isn't as fun without the blowback :v:

Besides shortening the barrel and sticking a foregrip and some angled sights on it, he's barely done anything to it, yet wants nearly £300 more than the stock rifle sells for.
I laughed at 'stippled grip for extra control', Because airsoft guns just have so much recoil. And dual iron sights just because.
I say that guys a genius. You know some 14 year old kiddiesofter is going to buy it.
Except over here kiddiesofters rarely have £580 to spend on a gun, don't have UKARAs and most of the time people don't spray guns like that two-tone so they can sell to people without UKARAs.
The people likely to buy it are probably just idiots.
