Its not a stock, its an arm brace, so that its legally a pistol. Dunno why the builder went for a suppressor stamp before an SBR stamp.

aside from the grip I love that. I would totally use a hogue grip. I plan on actually making one of these and the stock is actually really nice. I mean the arm brace.

atf gives literally zero fucks about "incorrectly using" an arm brace
Technically it's a pistol, and the ATF has stated that "there is no incorrect way to use a pistol". I see people using them as stock all the time at my local range. Frankly, I feel like the guys at my range would get more pissed off if they saw you trying to use it as an arm brace than as a stock.
Well then, I'm glad to be informed. I'd still go for an SBR stamp before a suppressor stamp, but thats neat.
