Compose your own music.
It's fun to do and you learn a lot.
you know what, I'm going to actually try that
There is a certain, fictional character that I've always wanted to write a song about
:smug: start taking guesses SolidSnake52
Making a school project about luthiers, finally I can make something about a subject I am interested in.
i did mine on jazz, metal and rock

Badass.
There's a lot of pressure though because I can't fail this project because I can't finish the year if I fail it.
Also I am learning Everything Went Black by The Black Dahlia Murder on bass, this shit is fast.

Why is your guitar missing in action?[/QUOTE]
Woah sorry didn't see you ask, it's at the tech because the pickups make way too much noise when I touch them. Especially the bar part of the Crunch Lab... I've tested it on multiple amps and effects and it only varies in intensity (slightly) so it's something in the guitar that's wrong. I figured i'd bring it back to him to make him fix it if he can... I can only hope right now.
which of these should I cover

Won't say nothing about effects because we already know that they are quality. One thing that bothered me is preamp and amp modulation - they turned out to be great. Tickering with sonar le that was bundled and will try to record something.
Wow, the COSM thing is really flawless in my opinion. The sound is so clear and nice is it I'm playing with maximum drive or minimum of it. And tone never makes it worse no matter in what position. I'm impressed.

I have to get mine done in three days :ohdear:
I'm done with chapter 4/6 though.
I can't find tabs for the first one and I'm completely shit at learning things by ear :ohdear:

Go with the second than :buddy:
Or it could be a good practice.
Awww I am page 83's bottom bitch :frown:
I'm going to be recording covers of some old (good) hardcore songs like minor threat and black flag
but tuned 2 steps down
Don't know if I've posted this before, but I would really like to get some of my old recording setups back. Much better quality.

What happened to it?
I wish I was as cool as you.
And I am getting work during the vacations so I can finally buy a 7-string bass and an 8-string guitar so I can finally use my composing skill to my fullest extent.
/nevermind

My cubase CD got lost when I moved and formatted and my pre-amp broke. Gotta buy a new pre-amp someday.
This video came out great too and sounded great too.

Save up for an Axe-Fx Ultra, they seem quite popular among bands.

While you're at it next time you want a haircut go get some chemotherapy
Just some mindless doodling I made up while recorded via ME-25 with USB.

I just wanted to test how the quality of recording itself so didn't even bother to maintain the same rhythm because it's almost morning in where I live.
Part at 2:10 was somewhat decent, if you don't want to listen to it, skip to that.
I really want this thing!
Does the pedal itself require that strange gizmo the guy has behind the bridge? Or does it have anything do with the pedal in the first place?

Well I guess the question was answered in the second video.

That is one awesome pedal.
The sounds... I mean damn.
It must cost a shitload of money.

600$ :sigh:
Hmm, I've noticed a buzzing noise coming from my A string when its being played open, I'm pretty sure its not vibrating against the frets because it didn't happen when I first changed onto these strings.
Anyone know the problem?

It could be the nut or the bridge.
But I can't go into much detail because I am not an expert.

Bridge possibly.
Did you set up the intonation correctly? Not sure if has any effect on the buzzing, but you could try it.
I'm still under warranty, is it worth it to send it back to the shop to be repaired (I have other guitars I can play in the mean time)

If it's bothering you I don't see a problem why not.
