Pretty much nowhere. Even most "chords" links on tab sites have the chords shown as tabs.
Ultimate guitar. They have chord versions which is usually just the lyrics and the chords. It won't be there for all the songs, but it is there for popular songs and albums.

You should be able to figure out the timing and rhythm after listening to the song a few times and playing along.

The obvious indication is no.
SOME tabs will attempt to indicate a rough feel for timing by listing the assumed tempo of the quarter note, or something like that, but it is very uncommon.
I think I've seen it on some tabs for assorted power metal songs.
HOWEVER, Guitar Pro/Power Tab tabs DO indicate timing/rhythm. But you need Guitar Pro or some other tab-reading program to view them.
