I prefer his strat
[img_thumb]http://www.zikinf.com/_gfx/matos/dyn/large/fender-jim-root-telecaster.jpg[/img_thumb] :dong:
I don't get why so many people like telecasters to be honest though it is awesome what they've done there
I used to hate Tele's, but now I like most of them. They really grew on me.
I don't think the violin bass looks stupid, but I wouldn't get one due to the fact that it's pretty much Paul McCartney's guitar. I prefer Hofner's 'Club' shape, anyway: [IMG]http://www.doctorbass.net/imagftp/Hofner-Club.jpg[/IMG]
I think the LP shape looks strange on a bass
It's a terrible design for bass. That being said most of Gibson's designs are, they just don't work
I hate the look of the actual Les Paul basses (http://www.wikizic.org/1-021-021961-Epiphone-Les-Paul-Bass.jpg), but the Hofner Club really appeals to me for some reason.
I can't wait to get recording gear of my own, I'll be creating bulk of pieces.
I always seem to play no guitar when I have time off, like summer holidays Just cbf But when I have school or work I play for like 2 hours a day shit is messed up
I prefer his strat [img_thumb]http://fretpoint.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/jim-root-stratocaster.jpg[/img_thumb]
But the strat is $300 more expensive even though they are essentially the same guitar. What the fuck?
I always seem to play no guitar when I have time off, like summer holidays Just cbf But when I have school or work I play for like 2 hours a day shit is messed up
Probably because you want to do something else when you have schoolwork to be done. I've got the same problem.
Probably, I just cannot be bothered right now :( [editline]4th December 2010[/editline] fuck it I'll go and do something
Got a new Les Paul! :D
A Tokai? New or old?
guys
Your average girl guitarist.
I don't like it. Too much reverb for my taste.
I need three things A longer neck heavier gauge strings and more gain Always, always need more gain
A Tokai? New or old?
Tokai. Old I think. The bridge, jack and the strings are new.
I need three things A longer neck heavier gauge strings and more gain Always, always need more gain
Well I have a 120 watt Crate, and I found out I am definitely getting the new EMG-equipped Paul Allender PRS SE for Christmas. :iia:
I found a buyer for my Squier Strat :3:
Always, always need more gain
Come to the digital side. We have limitless gain. It isn't really real gain in the context you're referring to, but we can engineer it to sound like it.
I found a buyer for my Squier Strat :3:
What a coincidence I sold my Strat yesterday.
I just want to fast forward through Christmas to see how much money I'll have. I'm still keen about getting the iceman but I'm not sure if I should get a schecter instead.
