I understand that, but they just never grew on me. I'm very picky about my distortion. I'm sorry, I'm a dick.
So am I, I have no idea why, but the DS-1 annoys the hell out of me, while the DS-2 and the (discontinued) DF-2 sound really good. God I sound as bad as one of those hardcore audiophiles! [editline]24th December 2010[/editline]
WALL OF PICTURES BELOW This is my new Lee Ranaldo Signiture Fender Jazzmaster - I got it a couple of days ago. Am I really the only one using a Blackstar amp?
I like the Peavey Vypyr, I love it's clean tone. And the fuzz box. Also "TubeScrm" combined with "K-Stein" could kill a man at 50 ft.
put me somewhere up in the sky flying on my fender
I can't see that picture.
Am I really the only one using a Blackstar amp?
I want one
Am I really the only one using a Blackstar amp?
I'm working on getting an HT Club 40 within the next week or so. Currently I use an HT-Dual pedal run into the CD input of a Marshall MG100HDFX w/4x10 cab.
It's like creating a symphony with this bloody hardwire pedal. It's a marvelous pedal

When you guys improv, do any of you think about what you play? Or do you guys just let it flow like I do. Because the most I can do is sing and play at the same time. Thinking about what I'm playing only takes place when I do repetitive bends
When I improv I bend a lot to get a nice sustaining sound, and then use chords that sound similar to the song I'm trying to play. I mainly just choke my guitar with a lot of gain though.
Heres my shit I love my Bugera 6262 and im getting a ISP decimator for Xmas :D
I mean do you think, "Lets go to B, then E, then A, Bend here." Etc, because I cannot do that at all.
I mean do you think, "Lets go to B, then E, then A, Bend here." Etc, because I cannot do that at all.
You can't think about it too much. You just have to let it flow out, don't worry it will get easier with time and practice.
Grabbed a used Boss DS-1 as my first pedal and I'm really enjoying it $20 well spent [img_thumb]http://www.chicagomusicexchange.com/product_images/f/995/Boss_DS1__49851_zoom.jpg[/img_thumb]
Like a boss. Is this any good? I want to buy one to
So I got an early Christmas gift from my parents. I was suprised to find a mother fucking Epi Les Paul. It's amazing, I love the tone I can squeeze out of this thing, it blows my other guitars out the water.

And if I play something that doesn't fit in, I just call it chromatic or blue notes.
