They are. The 47 is probably temporarily stored. I'd have to check for a TOPS report on 66151 to find out why it's there.
You could convert a train car into a pretty sweet bachelor pad. Tack on a bathroom; get your basic utilities like water, power, internet, and such; and strip the chairs out of there and put in some furniture? Yeah, I could work with a train car.

The only infiltration I've ever done was at a not-so-local mall where I explored all of the maintenance hallways. I wore casual work attire (white shirt, tie, black pants) so that if anyone stopped me, I could say something like "uh I just started working at The Gap and was looking for a place to have a quick smoke."
Just a tad too risky for me to do again though. The only active locations I explore often are my university's steam tunnels. :v:

There is a shunting yard near me at an old disused dockyards, I've always planned to infiltrate it but there is a watchman and he's like a damn hawk.
