Are you serious? People are always posting under the influence. It takes 150mg of caffeine in order for most people to get a caffeine intoxication stimulant effect, where a regular sized cup of coffee from starbucks has 160mg
Most people are buzzing under the influence on something anyways, its legality is irrelevant on an international forum.
