This has always worked, me and my friend used to use it, used to sort things out.
Next time your sitting down or something and they approach you or start to abuse you, just stand up fast as you can, broad shoulders, look them in the face, through your bag on the floor and just shout as loud as you can something like "Say it to my fucking face and I will fucking break your nose you fucking ugly piece of shit now fuck off before I fucking kill you" if he approaches you, don't stand still, walk to him if he swings and you can't dodge, take the punch, kick him in the nuts as hard as you can then when he strains or bends for the impact take your dominant hand, pull back as far as you can and hit him in the face with all your knuckles and don't stop punching, just keep punching him the face with both hands until you bust his nose or they jump in - then stop, by the time they jump in the teachers will be there -
You won't get kicked out of school as you will just say how long they've been bullying you for say they stole your book which you needed for your test, they will talk to teachers that they think could have noticed, you will be fine.
You won't get picked on again, you will be more respected, bullies can't be bothered for someone that fights back or they think has anger issue that could fuck them up, then straight after the incident, make friends, loads of them, especially girls, it won't happen again.
Trust me this is more of an anecdote than anything.
