Well, technically, nothing is stopping anyone from taking Aradia's time travel thingy from Gamzee, but yeah, pretty sure he's the last one with any sort of time travelling ability.
This whole artifact-ing thing is confusing, like, is John the only one who can see it(maybe because he touched the thing)? Wasn't it from when Caliborn put a whole bunch of fairy dust candy shit in a cartridge? I guess somehow even after all this time it's confusing to me how something so trivial that happened in-story can actually effect the story and be seen by the characters. Like, what, did Dirk just become artifact-ed? Or is it just like, would he have seen John become all artifact-y had he turned around, like it's just a visual thing?

Rose could see it too, but John's the only one who can remove it with his powers, and yeah, it began after Caliborn stuffed the Act 6 Act 6 Expansion Pack with special stardust and candy corn as a middle finger to Hussie for trying to take control of the story away from Caliborn's ranting. Beyond that anything else the artifacting does is up to Hussie.
And I guess Spades Slick and the rest of the Felt can time travel too, whenever they show up again. And maybe Davesprite.

[sp]Jumping at the witch for killing Kanaya I guess? It kind of counts as trying to stop her before she kills anyone else, plus she's pretty much objectively evil at this point so trying to kill her at all is probably pretty heroic.
