Whatever deal our john is about to make with his denizen involves this jades john being blown up.
My guess is our john will go to this jade's universe where everyone is not yet dead.
The timeline we've been following all along may have very well been doomed, seeing how everyone has started to get culled in it. LoWaS exploding seems to be one of those forking points, except it not exploding is what caused all this to be doomed. Where this new Jade is from could very well be the alpha timeline, and John and possibly Roxy jump back to somehow.
Of course, if it is the alpha timeline, it brings up questions on how Lord English exists in it, how the predominated Calliope came about in it, how John's retcon power fits into it, and so on. But this split that John caused by talking to Typheus seemed to be very purposeful. Guess we'll need to learn more about it first.

That all makes sense and all, but this Jade is supposed to be the Jade that got smashed by the building, which is the same Jade from our John's Universe. That's the part that's been confusing the shit out of me.

Yeah that's true. But this Jade also mentioned that, despite not being able to remember anything, she felt like she had done something terrible, and may have even hurt her friends, which would hint that she's dead Jade. But, it's also entirely possible the exact same thing happened in her universe and she just arrived and was Condesce'd then did some other bad shit. Frankly, almost nothing would've gone differently if John simply hadn't been around this whole time, huh?
it could be that this jade is the alpha jade with memory of doomed timelines, much like how dream rose merged with her doomed timeline counterpart back in act 4
