If kickstarter backers were publicly testing the adventure game I would know. There's been progress, but it's still locked down under NDAs until a milestone is reached/ Homestuck is over.
I'll just note that that pic of the kids is purposefully drawn of them before they started the game, Dave has his record in one piece.
